USER AGREEMENT

By submitting their personal data, the User agrees to the processing, storage and use of their personal data for the following purposes:

• Customer support.
• Sending the User information about marketing events.
• Audit and other internal research to improve the quality of services provided.

Personal data means any personal information that may be used to identify the User/Buyer, such as:

• Surname, first name, patronymic
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Postal address

Personal data of the Users are stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except for cases when non-automated processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill legal requirements.

The Company undertakes not to transfer the received personal data to third parties, except for the following cases:

• At the request of competent UAE public authorities only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the UAE law.
• To strategic partners who work with the Company to provide products and services or to help the Company market products and services to consumers. We provide third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary only to provide the required service or do transaction.
• The Company reserves the right to amend these rules unilaterally, provided that the amendments do not contravene applicable UAE law. Changes to the terms and conditions of these rules shall become effective upon their publication on the Website.
