Hengli combines the severe deep-sea working environment of ocean energy power generation equipment to provide cylinder products and complete hydraulic systems that meet their needs. The special design with laser cladding coating technology and the ceramic spraying process not only give the cylinder products the advantages of small deformation, high cladding layer density and good strengthening effect; but also, design has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, even in the splash zone where corrosion and impact are more severe,the protective effect of the cylinder surface is also obvious. In the 500-kilowatt wave energy power plant project, the maximum operating frequency of our hydraulic cylinder products can reach 20,000 times a day, which provides powerful auxiliary power for the device to fully collect the large amount of wave energy contained in the deep sea.
Meanwhile, we also provide a complete hydraulic system. The input of the system is continuous unstable two-way force (wave energy), the generated energy drives the hydraulic cylinders to move, and converts the mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and stores it in the accumulator. When the accumulator reaches a certain amount of energy, it releases the energy to push the hydraulic motors and generator to generate electricity in this cycle to provide energy for the power generation device safely and efficiently.
