Company Universal Hydraulik GmbH was founded in 1983 and is ISO 9001 certified.

Innovative and user-oriented systems dictate tomorrow's market. This principle has guided the company for more than 30 years in the design of hydraulic systems, cooling systems and heat exchangers that are used throughout the world in all applications. The company's offices are located in Neu-Anspach in Germany and in Putim in the Czech Republic. The company distributes products directly and works with more than 25 representatives worldwide.

Heat exchangers are available in the product catalog or upon special request. The calculation is done with accurate software. Products are tested 5 times during the production process. Cooling efficiency can be tested on our own test bench.

A turnkey system from a single source is provided. The company develops, produces and installs the complete system. All our systems are fully tested and supplied with detailed documentation.

By supplying high quality hydraulic components and processing, we have set the standard for system technology. All systems that leave our company for the first time are tested on our own testing equipment with the latest standards for function, processing and noise levels. One of the expansion tests involves exposing coolers to 180 bar on the water side, which puts the material under enormous stress and represents a trial step that is unparalleled anywhere else on the market.

Tubular heat exchangers manufactured at the company's own production facilities in the Czech Republic can be sequenced through a testing process involving five different steps before delivery. From pipe inspection (measuring wall thickness) to leak testing of the entire cooling system.
