Principle of operation:

The rotor rotates in the housing together with the piston, which, in turn, moves along the housing and is rigidly compressed by a spring. Torsion of the rotor results in a reciprocating action. The piston performs a circular action. It switches between the following phases:

• The suction phase is when the piston extends, the working chamber expands, closing the discharge valve and opening the suction valve.
• The discharge phase — finally, consists of the fact that the piston is directed to the discharge pipe and begins to be pressed, the suction valve closes, the discharge valve opens, and the operating chamber is compressed. As a result, pressure arises and thus a special solution is pushed out of the pump. Thus, until the moment of maximum contraction of the working chamber, the piston remains in this phase, after which it goes into the suction phase.
